End-User License Agreement
Terms for using the LITF Wholesale portal.
This agreement governs your access to and use of the LITF Wholesale website and customer account portal.
License to use the portal
Subject to these terms, Lost in the Forrest, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the LITF Wholesale portal for your business's internal wholesale purchasing and account-management needs.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the portal or its content. You may not use the portal to interfere with its operation, access another person's account, scrape protected content, or violate applicable law.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted with your account and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access when an account is misused, no longer eligible for wholesale purchasing, or necessary to protect the portal, our customers, or our business.
Ownership
The portal, software, branding, text, images, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Lost in the Forrest, Inc. This agreement gives you permission to use the portal; it does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond that limited license.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the portal, including features and content, at any time. We do not promise that the portal will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the portal is provided as available without warranties of any kind. Lost in the Forrest, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the portal.
