Wholesale portal privacy

We use information you provide to create and review your wholesale account, verify business eligibility, communicate application decisions, and fulfill orders.

With your consent, we also record limited first-party website attribution such as landing page, referring site, campaign parameters, device category, and approximate country or region. Anonymous activity is kept separate from your identity until you create an account or provide contact information.

Operational application records help us avoid losing submissions and measure response times. Resale certificates and customer account data remain in Shopify. Anonymous operational records expire automatically; customer application and audit records are retained only as long as needed for business, legal, and support purposes.
