Terms for approved wholesale buyers.
These terms govern wholesale purchasing through the LITF Wholesale portal. Placing an order confirms acceptance of the conditions below.
Eligibility & Approval
Wholesale purchasing is available to approved businesses only. Access is granted after review of your application and any required documentation.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is visible after login and excludes taxes, duties, and shipping. Prices may change, but confirmed orders lock pricing at checkout.
Order minimum
A $300 merchandise minimum applies to every wholesale order, before shipping, taxes, duties, and other fees. The cart must meet the minimum before checkout can be completed.
Case packs and order quantities
Products must be ordered in the case pack quantities shown on each item. Cart validation will enforce these increments.
Shipping (calculated at checkout)
Standard wholesale shipping rates are $49.95 on $300-$499.99, $69.95 on $500-$749.99, $79.95 on $750-$999.99, and $99 on $1000+. Heavy or oversized products may trigger additional freight handling. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international orders, parcel/freight is invoiced separately after we send a shipping quote and you approve it, before shipment.
Price changes and corrections
Prices may change without notice. The price shown when an order is submitted is the price charged, except when we need to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.
Returns
Returns require prior authorization. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned per the instructions provided. Freight charges are nonrefundable.
Payment
Payment is collected at checkout unless approved for separate terms. Orders with failed or incomplete payment may be held or canceled.
