Standard wholesale shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on order subtotal and product mix at checkout. Standard rates apply to contiguous United States orders.

Standard rates apply to contiguous U.S. orders only. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international orders are invoiced separately at actual carrier cost.

Certain products require additional handling, packaging, or carrier surcharges due to weight, size, or fragility.
This may include substrates (including LECA, GetRocky), oversized planters, or other freight-sensitive products.
Applicable surcharges are automatically calculated at checkout where applicable.

Orders containing oversized, palletized, or freight-classified items may require additional freight charges beyond standard shipping rates.
If additional freight charges apply, our team will contact you prior to shipment, provide a freight quote for approval, and confirm delivery details before processing.
Examples of freight-triggering orders may include pallet shipments, oversized ceramic assortments, large planter collections, or exceptionally heavy wholesale orders.

Orders over $1000 qualify for reduced shipping contribution pricing rather than standard parcel shipping rates.
The $99 freight contribution helps offset pallet freight, oversized handling, multi-carton shipments, and carrier surcharges on larger wholesale orders.
Additional freight charges may still apply for oversized or palletized shipments.

Orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, regional carriers, or LTL freight carriers, depending on order size, destination, and product composition.
Lost in the Forrest reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier and shipping method for each order.

Most wholesale orders ship within 3–7 business days during normal operating periods.
Larger, freight, seasonal, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.
If extended lead times apply, our team will communicate updates directly.

To ensure timely delivery and safe transit, orders may ship in multiple packages or from multiple warehouse locations.
Split shipments may arrive on different dates.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Lost in the Forrest is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or additional carrier fees due to address changes after shipment.
Additional fees incurred from re-routing or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Any shipping damage, shortages, or delivery issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
When reporting damage, include photos of packaging, photos of damaged items, and order information.
Failure to report shipping issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to file carrier claims or issue replacements.

At this time, standard wholesale shipping rates apply only to orders shipping within the contiguous United States.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international orders, checkout is allowed and parcel/freight is invoiced separately at actual carrier cost after the order is placed.
