Ordering
- All wholesale orders are final once submitted.
- Minimum order requirements, if applicable, are noted at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders due to inventory availability or fulfillment constraints.
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Shipping method is determined based on order size, weight, and product composition.
- Smaller orders typically ship via standard parcel carriers. Larger or heavier orders may ship via LTL freight to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery.
- We evaluate each order individually to select the most appropriate shipping method, as some products are lighter and more compact while others require palletized freight.
- Shipping charges include carrier costs and standard packaging.
- LTL freight shipments may incur additional accessorial fees, including but not limited to residential delivery, appointment requirements, and lift-gate service.
- Any applicable import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Freight Responsibility & Delivery
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including whether the delivery address is residential or commercial.
- Additional charges resulting from incomplete or inaccurate delivery information will be passed through to the buyer.
- LTL deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged with the carrier.
Estimated Transit Times
- Estimated ship dates and transit times are not guaranteed and do not constitute delivery commitments.
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors are outside our control.
Risk of Loss & Title
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon tender to the carrier.
- Freight charges are nonrefundable once a shipment is accepted by the carrier.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Address changes, reroutes, and corrections requested after fulfillment are billed at cost plus an administrative fee, and may delay delivery.
Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Freight
- Failed delivery attempts, refused shipments, or unclaimed freight may be returned or reconsigned at your expense.
- Additional storage, redelivery, or return fees will be charged to the buyer.
Damages, Shortages & Claims
- Inspect deliveries on arrival and report visible damage, shortages, or mis-shipments within 5 business days.
- Claims submitted after this window may be denied by the carrier and are not guaranteed by LITF.
Partial Shipments
- We may ship orders in multiple cartons or from multiple locations.
- Each shipment may carry its own tracking and delivery date.
International Duties & Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees.
- We do not prepay or refund these charges unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Customs duties vary by country; global duty rates average around 5.9%, and U.S. import duties average about 3%, but they can be much higher for certain goods.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, or transportation interruptions.
Notes
- Alaska/Hawaii/U.S. territories includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Shipments to these locations often require air or sea transport because many communities lack road access, which increases cost and delivery complexity.
- Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are levied by destination countries and must be paid by the buyer; we do not collect or remit these taxes.
